I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. Just get in touch via the contact form. Bespoke requests can’t usually be returned unless something isn’t right.

Keep it away from water, perfume, and cleaning products — and don’t hold it over a hot pan or radiator while cooking. Prolonged heat exposure can dull or even crack the quartz. Wipe gently with a soft cloth now and then.

Yes — it comes beautifully wrapped in eco-conscious packaging. If it’s a gift, you can leave a note at checkout and I’ll happily include a handwritten message.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to request a snug, standard, or loose fit — just pop it in the order notes. If you’d prefer a toggle or lobster clasp, I can switch it for you too.
